Minimum Property Requirements
Here at Mid Term Rental Properties Inc we offer our clients the opportunity to be in a home away from home.
This means our clients for corporate housing, executive rentals and mid term rentals have certain expectations in terms of available amenities. Below is a list of the minimum requirements for all listed properties.Â
- Client has access to the entire unit – no shared facilities or amenities except for potentially washer/dryer.
- Self check-in/ Keyless Entry.Â
- All utilities are paid for by the property owner.Â
- Full kitchen with all major appliances.
- Dedicated workspace.
- Unlimited Wi-Fi / Internet.
- Heating – gas or electric.Â
- Air conditioning.
- TV.
- Washer / Dryer (can be shared within a building).
- Towels and linens.
- Lawn care (where applicable).
- Snow removal.
In turn, we also want to ensure that you as the property owner have certain expectations with regard to the use and care of your property. We therefore make all of our properties non-smoking, no parties and that they are maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. Any clients not adhering to this will forfeit security deposits, potentially be liable for additional costs and may be asked to leave the property.
