When it comes to corporate housing, our mid term rental properties and executive rentals are perfect for any length of stay from 30+ days upward.  All come equipped with everything your employees need to feel right at home. With a variety of locations across Canada, we are sure to have a property that’s just right for your needs.

We have partners with properties across Canada who all offer fully furnished executive rentals for a home away from home experience for your corporate team members.

Reservations

You can search on the website and if you find a property you like you can complete the form and we will be in touch to provide more details. If you do not see any properties that are suitable please contact us as we are continually adding new properties and we have a network of hosts across Canada that may have something suitable. 

Most of our properties require a minimum stay of 30 days. Please contact us if you require less depending on the time of year and your needs we may have properties that have flexibility. 

We require 14 days notice before the end of your current 30 day stay if you wish to extend your stay (unless you have already reserved for more than 30 days).  Should the property not be available we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. 

We operate keyless entry self check ins. 

Check in time as 4 pm onwards local time. 

Check out is 11 am local time. 

If you need to cancel your reservation we would appreciate as much notice as possible and in writing. 

Cancellation policy:

Within 48 hours of making the original booking full refund.

30+ days before arrival: Refund minus $250 admin fee.

15-30 nights before arrival date: 50% refund.

0-14 nights before arrival date: 25% refund. 

A deposit of 20% of the first 30 day fees is required within 48 hours of making a booking in order to secure the property. We cannot guarantee providing your requested property if this payment is not made. 

Payment

We accept all major forms of payment including credit card, e-transfer and bank drafts. 

All other forms of payment such as company cheques need to be presented with enough time to clear payment. 

There is a damage deposit of $1000. 

This is fully refundable 14 days after checkout subject to a satisfactory property check. 

There are no additional fees. The prices quoted a fully inclusive of utilities, property cleaning on checkout and all standard property amenities. 

If the guest requires additional services such as extra cleaning, meal delivery etc, this can be quoted for for separately. 

Rules and Regulations

All of our properties are non-smoking.  No smoking of any substance or vaping are allowed in the property. This includes candles or incense. Any detection of this will result in a deep cleaning fee of a minimum of $500 and potential termination of the rental agreement. 

All outdoor smoking requires removal of all garbage related to smoking. 

Many of our properties are pet friendly – cats and dogs ONLY. There may be restrictions as to number of pets, types and size. There will be an additional checkout pet cleaning fee added to your first 30 day booking 

Please check listings or ask. 

None of our properties are permitted to be used for large parties. Failure to adhere to this policy may include loss of fees and immediate termination of your stay.
