NOTE: Please ensure that you refer to the minimum property requirements list (Minimum Property Requirements) before listing your property.

There are no specific requirements to list and onboard your property. However, once your property is listed, kindly notify us so we can review and approve it. To be approved, your property must meet the following criteria:

• Fully furnished
• Private, all-inclusive accommodations
• No shared amenities, with the exception of a shared laundry area for properties that include multiple private units

If you would like your property to be presented to our corporate guests and clients, we require the following additional items:

• A Matterport virtual tour of the property
• A signed agreement between you and our company (please find a copy attached)
• High-resolution images for your listing
